Disability Supported Yoga
Course description
YOGA class for people on the NDIS
Our teachers are 200YTT and have training in accesible yoga. Classes can be taken one-on-one or in groups. Meditation is a large focus, as well as an understanding and connection to how we breathe and how to breathe better.
Our studio also runs wellness workshops aimed at social integration, emotional regulation and giving our clients the skills to take to their home practice of living healthy and well.
The programs are designed based on the needs of the individual client or group and we can help create and facilitate workshops with a specific goal or need of the individuals attending.
Our space is easily accesible, bright, spacious and welcoming. We'd love to open our studio temple to new communities and look forward to what this path will bring in the future.
