Fire Flow and Vinyasa Flow with Megan

Megan is a studio favourite; her night time yoga classes build heat and strength. These classes run Monday and Wednesday evening at 5:30pm. All sessions offer variations so any level can feel confident in coming along. Vinyasa means breath by breath flow and so your practice runs smoothly at the pace of breath. With some advanced poses and long holds; you’ll develop your yoga strength and flexibility quickly.

Reformer with Cydney

Cyd’s classes bring a mix of her yoga and fitness knowledge on to the Reformer beds. Her experience teaching group classes comes from a step and pump background; so you can expect a high energy and strong class. She brings vibes with upbeat music and a cardio element onto the beds. Classes can be modified to suit your level of experience.

Barre with Megan

Barre is an intense low impact workout using small weight to music. This Friday morning class has become an absolute hit at the studio. Megan knows how to get a burn and you’ll see results quickly by adding this regularly to your weekly wellness routines.

Gentle Flow with Cydney

A nice and easy morning flow, Cydney gets hands on with each pose and is focused on correct form and technique. This slower practice is great for newbies wanting to work on flexibility and have an easy start into their yoga journeys, its also great for the experienced yogi who wants to zen out and enjoy longer holds and gentle sequencing.

Aerial Yoga with Cydney

Aerial yoga is a great way to work on deep flexibility with a completely different experience to your mat yoga classes. We use the hammock predominately throughout class, it requires a sense of balance, activation of muscles to protect joints and a confidence in your bodies ability to move. The class is slow and we follow similar class plans through 6-8 week programs. The benefit of aerial is increased ligament and joint flexibility, improved balance, through the use of traction we are able to release the spine and joints. Inversions are a lot of fun in the hammock and allow anybody to enjoy the benefits of getting upside down for longer periods of time.

Yin with Jody Vassalo

Jody brings her incredible knowledge of ayurveda, Chinese medicine and yin to our timetable and studio. Jody is an outside teacher and offers her class to our community for $20 drop in pay at the door on a Wednesday at 6:45pm. These sessions are slow; offering long holds that release muscle, facia, tension, pain and energetic blocks. Jody is a master in her field and a weekly experience with her is nourishing to your body and soul.

Yoga Flow with Cydney

Cydney’s Yoga Flow sessions are Vinyasa flows; these sessions offer variations and a stage like progression through poses. As we pace the class by inhalations and exhalations it can move at a slightly fast pace, but one that you will feel comfortable moving through. Inversions, advanced poses, core focused sequencing with a big emphasis on building a strong practice and nailing how poses should feel in your own body.

Reformer with Steffi

If you’re a complete newbie to Reformer we recommend our Slow Reformer or Basic classes; ANY class with our long time Reformer guru Steffi are a good place to start too!
