Personal Training + Group Fitness

 
 


With experience in personal training & group fitness as well as disability coordination, support and advocacy, our resident PT is uniquely suited to provide safe, customised and engaging exercise programs to participants from all abilities and experience levels.

Train alone, with a friend, or in one of the weekly group classes on offer. Memberships are available at OddBods upstairs, or if you’d prefer to be outdoors - let our PT come to you instead!

Prefer to have a game of tennis, kick a soccer ball around or go for a hike? We can do that too!

On the day:

  • Wear appropriate clothing for exercise

  • Bring a bottle of water and towel

  • Have hair tied back

  • Wear comfortable and practical footwear
